All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Kaviro is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kaviro is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kaviro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
